Due to the custom nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. This includes providing a mockup of any custom artwork for your approval before printing. We advise you to thoroughly review your order details and reach out to us with any queries before purchasing.

Physical Products

We may accept returns for physical products within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return a physical product, please ensure it is in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@furrytalestudio.com.

In the rare event that a physical product is damaged during shipping, we request that you take photographs of the damage and contact us promptly so we can assist you effectively.

 

Digital Products

For digital products, changes or refunds are typically not available. However, if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the artwork, please contact us at admin@furrytalestudio.com. We are committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

We may issue refunds in certain circumstances. If a refund is applicable, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The criteria for refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the product and the specific issue.

 

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at admin@furrytalestudio.com. Exchanges for physical products are subject to the same conditions as returns, and the request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
