Physical Products

At FurryTale Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order prints. Our products are printed at a professional printing lab following your purchase. Below are our shipping details for physical products:

• Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is provided within the contiguous United States.
• Shipping to Canada: A flat rate of $15 is charged for orders shipped to Canada.
• International Shipping: Shipping to destinations outside the United States and Canada is charged at a flat rate of $50.
• Express Delivery Options: Express shipping options are available upon request. Please contact us for further details and rates.
• Packaging: We take special care in packaging our prints to ensure they are protected during transit.

For custom artwork orders, the creation process requires additional time as these are hand-drawn. After your order, we will email you to provide an estimated completion date.

Digital Downloads

For digital products, the process is as follows:

• Order Confirmation: After placing your order for a digital product, you will receive a confirmation email.
• ETA Notification: A follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your draft.
• Draft Delivery: We will send you a draft version of the artwork for your preview.
• Revisions: You are entitled to request revisions up to two times to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision.
• Final Artwork Delivery: Once revisions are complete, we will finalize the artwork and deliver the final version to you via email.

Please note that for digital downloads, the process is designed to ensure that you receive a product that not only meets our high standards but also aligns perfectly with your expectations.
